We can start tomorrow if the situation requires it. However, a better solution is to have a transition period of 2 to 4 weeks. We lead and manage the entire process to ensure a smooth transition from your current solution to us. We will need some input from you, but you will be able to “focus on your day job” and won’t have to worry about driving the transition.

No problem. We offer Co-managed IT and have many clients with this structure. We find this can lead to a lower overall IT spend with greater efficiency, effectiveness and expertise for our Co-managed clients.

We require a contract for several reasons. Primarily because it lays out expectations of us for our clients, helps to avoid misunderstandings and leads to win-win, long term partnerships. Frankly, we would recommend against entering this kind of partnership without one (or a month-to-month contract). Our typical terms are 1 year or 3 years. Regardless of a contract, we prove our value to our clients everyday.

For system wide issues impacting multiple users, our response is immediate. Our NOC systems typically alert us before our clients even know there is an issue. For Help Desk issues we have a 2-hour SLA. However, our typical response is immediate. You call, we answer - you email, we respond - RAPIDLY. We follow up and take issue ownership. Our clients never have to ask, “what is the status of this?”

Yes. With our powerful remote systems management tools, we can do just about everything from our centralized Network Operations and Client Services Center. In the event we need to come onsite we will dispatch an engineer to your site. No matter what - when the need arises – we come to you!

We schedule quarterly strategic reviews to ensure we remain in-sync with your business goals and objectives. While not a requirement, we highly stress this as a critical component of our solution.
